Ms. Roberts serves as Development Officer, bringing The Parisky Group’s clients proven experience in strategic planning and fund development. She specializes in case development, solicitation strategies and donor relations. She has a broad range of senior level experience in fundraising and non profit management.  

Prior to assuming this position Ms. Roberts was Executive Director for the East Hartford YMCA, where she oversaw the program staff, board governance, annual appeals, a capital campaign and managed a diverse portfolio of state grants to support programs. Ms. Roberts has worked with a variety of clients including the Hartford Preservation Alliance, Pope Hartford Designated Fund, Hartford Action Plan and Rebuilding Together Hartford. She has assisted many worthwhile organizations in raising funds through major gift solicitations, annual fund campaigns, phone-a-thons, direct mail solicitations, foundation/corporate grant writing, and special events.
