Fund Development

We strengthen financial prospects for nonprofits through strategic and financial planning, marketing, prospect development, grant writing and gift solicitation to individuals, institutions, and government. We specialize in developing collaborative initiatives of mutual benefit for our clients.

Research, Analysis and Policy Development

We analyze, evaluate and develop policies and programs, often in traditionally sensitive areas such as maternal health, criminal justice, substance abuse and domestic violence. We are especially skilled in assessing how policies affect vulnerable populations.

Program Evaluation

We design and execute process and outcome evaluations. These enable programs to reach clients more effectively, ensuring ongoing review of program goals and objectives. Our expertise includes substance abuse, youth development, maternal and child health and social support services.
