Joining the firm in 1995 after a lengthy insurance and accounting career, Renata serves as The Parisky Group’s financial officer and financial management consultant to clients.  Her credentials include eight years as a senior manager for the Hartford Insurance Group, three years with CIGNA and two years with Ernst & Young, where she audited many not-for-profit organizations.  Her expertise includes operational and financial auditing, cash flow and profitability models, financial analyses, planning and forecasting, budget development and tracking systems. 

While at The Parisky Group, Renata has created grant compliance systems for government and private funding for not-for-profit organizations, and has worked closely with treasurers and other board members to develop monitoring and reporting systems.  She brings equal amounts of analytical and communication skills to support clients in developing fiscally sound accounting practices.  Her current responsibilities include all financial management of the firm’s clients including the Bushnell Park Foundation and the Hartford Action Plan on Infant Health’s annual $1 million budget. 

Renata has a bachelors degree in business from Georgetown University. She formerly served as Treasurer of the Windsor Democratic Town Committee.
